Prêt-à-Porter in Silk

In the dream i’m in a store in the mall i go to sometimes in dreams. I pick a silk dress off the rack that i want to try on. I can tell by how it looks on the hanger that it will look good on me. I ask the lady if she has it in my size and she looks at the dress and looks at me and says “This will fit you.”

The dress isn’t formal or businessy. I'm not sure where i’d wear it. A luncheon or dinner at a nice restaurant maybe? The primary color was a coppery gold and ivory with some black, brown, and splashes of true red in a pattern that reminded me of art deco or nouveau although my first impression was paisley. So maybe a kind of square pattern done in circles similar to an Escher print. An illusion of an illusion? An illusion within an illusion?
