In the dream, i am only an observer. It's like watching a movie more than dreaming. All the characters are Indian and it appears to take place in a hospital-type place or maybe a prison. A sort of Bollywood soap opera? The bit i recall is that the wards/prisoners are either escaping or have been freed by an outside force. A woman is getting her things together to leave when a man who has also been in captivity rapes her. The scene cuts to the room next to that one and in it, the woman's husband is prostrate on a bed/table and he is dead. The scene cuts back to the rape and the woman is on a gynecological table and the man is standing in front of her raping her. Both are fully dressed in ornate Indian dress. The man isn't even paying attention to what he's doing to the woman. He's watching a television mounted on the wall that's showing the bombing of a city.
Ick.
