One gigantic massive EPIC dream that went on and on and on. Even when i woke up at 4am and fell back to sleep i went back into the same dream. Some sort of 'The Lost Boys' meets 'A Clockwork Orange'. Amazing visuals and vivid colors. A bunch of us flying around just outside the range of the fireworks that the townspeople were shooting at us, so not just the joy of flying but also of seeing fireworks from 'above'. Some disturbing things too but all in all, i'd watch that show again!
It starts out (from where i can remember the beginning) that there's a vampire boy (Peter Pan-like) and he bites another boy (lost boy) and for awhile they're just enjoying each other's company. The lost boy wants to bite somebody and make their group bigger and there's some issue with that, i think, but then i remember there are many of these vampire boys and a few girls. We're in a living room, all of us vampires, mostly young teenage people but a few older (twenties) too. There is an infant vampire that i find especially disturbing. It's just able to crawl so less than a year i think. And no teeth! How can this baby survive as a vampire with no teeth? The mom of this baby tells me how that she was turned into a vampire after the baby was born. That when she "woke up" as her new self, the first thing she saw was her baby and couldn't help but bite her. My concern is this baby will always be completely dependent on other's to take care of it. It can't get around or feed without somebody else's intervention.
Then, we're in an old fashioned well-groomed city park with a bandstand. All of us (about twenty) are in a barn-like structure and the townsfolk are coming to chase us out of their town like in the old Frankenstein movies. Pitchforks and flaming torches! One of the townspeople, a young plump, freckle-faced girl of maybe 12, walks right into the barn and we can't believe it. Like she just sacrificed herself. She's consumed almost immediately by the vampires nearest to her.
We fly out of the barn, out through the doors and the windows straight at the crowd of people. We swoop at them, laughing at them. They begin to shoot fireworks at us. Roman candles aimed at us and we dodge the fire and fly as high as we can to stay out of their reach. It's a party in the sky!
The next part i remember, some of us are in a living room watching a movie. One of the boys is protecting a girl from one of the other boys who wants to bite her. His girlfriend, the one who bit him, asks him why he won't just be happy with her and he replies that in life they were good, but now he doesn't want to be her friend. She's stronger than he is and walks away to go help the other boy protect his girlfriend. The movie we're watching is a dream within the dream. In the movie, several men (handsome actors but i can't remember who they are now) are just finished eating at a restaurant and are leaving, walking up the main street of a quaint little town. I can't remember the details now but one of them (me?) wants to leave the group to go a different route home.... this part is all blurry now. Hugh Jackman is one of the guys maybe? Maybe we're X-Men? I don't remember.
We're all engrossed in the movie with the protect girl guarded by the boy and other girl and a large pillow, the selfish boy trying to figure out how to get to the girl, when a youngish boy comes into the room and our attention is drawn to him because he's so beautiful to look at and we don't know what his intentions are. The selfish boy immediately turns his attention to this new beautiful boy and i'm not sure if the beautiful boy is a vampire or not but i think he is.
I go outside the house and there's a small cat walking up the path towards me. There's something wrong with one of its legs but i realize that the cat is also a vampire and know that it'll be okay....
That's what i remember now. Maybe some more will come back as the day goes by. It was a monstrous epic dream for sure!
